State Bar Convention

The annual State Bar Convention was hosted in Tucson, Arizona with seminars taking place between June 14-16, 2017.  Lubin & Enoch, PC partner Nicholas J. Enoch presented in the Employment and Labor Law Section on Prop 206 (“The Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act”), including its major components and requirements and a recent legislative challenge against it.
