Summer Associate

The summer associate will assist our attorneys prepare for hearings and brief issues before arbitrators as well as all courts and administrative agencies in matters arising under traditional (e.g., National Labor Relations Act, Railway Labor Act, Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act) and non-traditional labor and employment law representation. Applicants must possess excellent research and writing skills and, of equal importance, a strong commitment to representing the interests of working people. Summer Intern
Lubin & Enoch, PC is seeking applicants for a paid undergraduate internship at its downtown Phoenix office. The intern will develop a firsthand understanding of a union-side labor law practice and will assist our attorneys prepare for a variety of complex court, administrative, and arbitration hearings. The intern will also assist in the review and cataloging of documents and the drafting of various sorts of legal memoranda. Applicants must have a demonstrated interest in attending law school after graduation – i.e., they must have already taken the LSAT or be scheduled to take the LSAT.
