Nicholas P. Granath has been a trial and appellate litigator for more than twenty-five years for civil and criminal matters in state and federal jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in civil federal litigation both in the trial and appellate levels, labor arbitration, and administrative and agency law. He practices nationwide and his concentration is on union side labor law. He also does criminal defense litigation at trial and appellate levels in state and federal jurisdictions.
