Office Administrator / Paralegal
Before joining Lubin & Enoch, PC in December 2015 as its Office Administrator/Paralegal, Stacey Lucas worked at a Phoenix law firm for 28 years. For over 26 years, she was the legal assistant/paralegal to one of the partners who specialized in School District Employee Litigation, Administrative Law, Creditor’s Rights Law and General Civil Litigation. She has experience in civil procedure for Arizona Justice and Superior Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts, as well as the Court of Appeals.
Stacey’s responsibilities involve maintaining office and corporate records for Lubin & Enoch’s Arizona, Colorado, Iowa and Texas offices, preparing monthly billing statements, training staff on office procedures, benefits and insurance, as well as preparing documents and correspondence, supporting clients and attorneys, filing documents in the court, researching Rules of Court, and performing light shoe dancing routines around the office.
