Sheri Estrada joined Lubin & Enoch in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience as a legal coordinator, legal assistant, and paralegal. She has legal experience in the following specialties: healthcare, real estate, government compliance, and employment law. She has extensive background in litigation, risk management, medical claims, and case management.
As a paralegal, Sheri’s primary responsibilities include document management and preparation, client communication, legal research, and filing case documentation.
Sheri obtained her AA – paralegal degree in legal studies and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Business and Healthcare Administration.
Fun fact
Sheri’s passion for baking began when she was 6’ish with her “Easy Bake Oven”. She loves sweets and who doesn’t love to eat cookie dough? So, she started her own concept to eating “raw” cookie dough and opened up a Cookie Dough Shop called Sweet N Do’Lgence Cookie Mercado. She is a self-proclaimed Doughologist and can dish up a tasty treat. She loves to play with flavors.
