Acosta: A Win in our Pro Bono Immigration Work

Lubin & Enoch, P.C. is excited to announce that, through our legal team’s pro bono efforts, we have secured lawful immigrant status for our client, Maria! L&E partners with the Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project to provide legal representation to immigrant minors. We started working with Maria when she was only sixteen years old and had just arrived from Central America. She will turn 18 later this year and, due to our collective and tireless work through the state and federal immigration courts, we have successfully secured Maria a T-Visa that gives her the opportunity to work and live fearlessly as a lawful permanent resident.
