Bruce Jackson has been representing individuals, labor organizations and employee benefit plans for over thirty-five years. Bruce has extensive experience in labor and employment law, practicing before federal and state administrative agencies, as well as in state and federal Courts. In addition to litigation before courts and governmental agencies, Bruce also litigates labor arbitration cases on behalf of labor organizations and their members. Bruce has represented labor organizations on the national, regional and local union levels.
Bruce has litigated cases involving a variety of federal and state statutes, including actions brought pursuant to the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Labor-Management Relations Act (LMRA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act), as well as a variety of state common law actions at the trial and appellate levels.
