Attorney Biography

David Grant McCracken

For over twenty-five years Mr. McCracken’s practice has been centered on issues pertaining to aviation including the representation of airline pilots and other persons and entities certificated by, and/or subject to, the regulations and rules of Federal Agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board and the Transportation Security Administration. He has also acquired considerable experience in aviation litigation involving accidents and incidents and in aviation transactional matters such as the buying, selling, leasing and the registration of U. S. Civil Aircraft. Mr. McCracken’s administrative practice is national in scope, but he is presently only licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Texas Courts listed below. Mr. McCracken resides in Dallas, Texas where he also handles a small and select docket of matters of general business litigation including matters in support of clients of Lubin & Enoch, P.C.

Mr. McCracken has held and maintained the highest Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of AV for professional ability and ethics since he was first rated almost twenty-five years ago.
